Use this heavy duty plate to mount cantilever umbrellas to concrete surfaces using expanding anchors such as Dynabolts.  The steel plate enables the rotating base of the umbrella to be bolted on to a concrete foundation, safely and securely.

The plate is powder coated to resist rusting and has through holes for anchors and tapped holes for the umbrella.
